GENERAL TERMS: The HealthTech Wellness AVACEN Medical Device Rental Program is a 4-week program for a flat fee of $650. On the 25th day of your AVACEN rental, you will be contacted to see which of the following options below you would like to choose moving forward:

Option 1: Purchase your own AVACEN Medical device; keep the AVACEN rental until yours arrives.

Option 2: Extend the AVACEN rental device at a discounted rate per week (see terms below).

Option 3: Arrange for pickup or drop-off of the AVACEN rental device 3 days later (at end of AVACEN rental).
RENTAL-FEE REBATE: If you decide to purchase your own AVACEN Medical device, there is a rental fee rebate that you qualify for through HealthTech Wellness AVACEN Medical Device Rental Program:

Buy (1) AVACEN device and receive $200 of your AVACEN Medical Device rental fee back.

Buy (2) AVACEN devices and receive $400 of your AVACEN Medical Device rental fee back.

Buy (3+) or more AVACEN devices and receive $650 of your AVACEN Medical Device rental fee back.
RENT-TO-OWN: HealthTech Wellness AVACEN Medical Device Rental Program offers a “Rent to Own” option. Simply keep your AVACEN rental device and allow the monthly payments to continue at $500 per month. Each month, 50% of your monthly payment will count toward the purchase of that AVACEN Medical device. Monthly payments will stop once the originally agreed upon value of the AVACEN has been paid off in full. At such point, you will be considered the owner of that AVACEN Medical rental device and all of its accessories. At such point, HealthTech Wellness will contact AVACEN Medical, Inc. corporate office to have the AVACEN device’s serial number formally transferred to the new owner.
AVACEN RENTAL VALUE: The value of the exact AVACEN Medical device you are renting will be agreed upon at the time the AVACEN device is picked up.
LOST OR STOLEN: If the AVACEN rental device is lost or stolen, the value assigned to that device at time of the rental will be the amount owed. This amount is what will then be charged to the credit card on file.
RENTAL EXTENSION: If your AVACEN rental is extended for 2 additional weeks, a flat fee of $300 will be charged to the credit card on file. Additionally, your AVACEN device rental can be extended for 4 additional weeks at a flat rate of $500, which will be charged to your credit card on file.
NO COMMUNICATION: If for any reason, we’re unable to get a hold of you on the 10th day of your rental (or thereafter), payment will be processed at the agreed price of $250 per week once the official rental period has ended.
WARRANTY COVERAGE: HealthTech Wellness, LLC. will include 6 months of warranty coverage on any used AVACEN device. This does not include the AVACEN cuff, as a new AVACEN cuff was put on prior to rental. The wear and tear on the AVACEN cuff depends on how the AVACEN Medical Device User treats the device (i.e. removing of the hand slowly, wearing jewelry, dropping, etc.) and not the mechanics of the AVACEN device itself. The AVACEN cuff is never warrantied by AVACEN Medical, Inc. and it is also not warrantied by its affiliates.
